Alternative dispute resolution
Should any dispute occur within the attorney-client relationship, it is always possible, upon request, to apply for an out-of-court settlement before the Regional Bar Association (in compliance with § 73, par. 2, No. 3; § 73, par. 5 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act - BRAO), or before the Conciliation Board of the Legal Profession (see § 191 f of the Federal Lawyers’ Act) of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers, which you may find over the internet (see the Homepage of the Federal Chamber of Lawyer (www.brak.de).

Conflict of Interest
The processing of conflicting interests is prohibited to lawyers on the basis of the professional rules (see § 43a, par. 4 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act - BRAO). Therefore, we will first conduct a conflict check before accepting new clients.
