• Special focus on advising aggrieved capital investors and – if necessary in court – enforcing their claims or limiting damages suffered
• Defense against claims for additional contributions and recourse against capital investors
• Evaluation and prosecution of claims of all kinds resulting from private personal insurance and property insurance (e.g. private health, occupational disability or private accident insurance or building or household insurance) as well as from third party liability insurance of all kinds
