Please be aware that all claims should be filed with the insolvency asset administrator and should not be sent directly to the courts.
You can file your claim as follows:

- Fill out the form in full and send it to us via mail or fax at the respective office.

We wish to inform creditors as well as other possible parties interested in the current status of insolvency proceedings of all relevant and essential facts. If you wish to be included as a creditor in provisional proceedings, please send us an e-mail or inform us by fax or letter. Should insolvency proceeding eventually be opened, you will receive our circular letter. Further to the opening of proceedings, please file for your claim through the appropriate asset administrator.
