  • Legal support of real estate transactions, including financing, project development and real estate utilization, real estate transaction due diligence
  • Representation of clients in litigation before state courts as well as before national and international arbitration institutions, practice as arbitrator
  • Advising on issues of international transport and forwarding law, in particular on cross-border transports
  • Advising German investors on Russian law and market entry in Russia or other CIS countries as well as on drafting contracts with Russian contracting parties, litigation management for legal disputes in Russia
  • Regular lecturing activities (Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Chambers of Industry and Commerce, GIZ manager training, German-Russian Lawyers Association, etc.)
