  • Consultation of employers and employees in any question of labour migration related to local employment or international secondment (corporate migration), as well as stays for the purpose of recognising foreign professional qualifications or for job seeking
  • Support of self-employed entrepreneurs, investors and freelancers when opening a German branch or office with the related questions of business migration and forming of corporate structures
  • Consultation in educational migration: language course, school attendance, search of study place, study preparation, university study, vocational education and training, as well as the subsequent job seeking and transfer to employment
  • Representation in procedures of economic and educational migration including family reunion in coordination with the responsible German consular representation abroad, local migration office, Federal Employment Agency (BA) as well as Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB), Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), Chamber of Crafts and regional economic development agency
  • Consultation and representation in citizenship law, such as naturalisation (especially retaining the previous citizenship) and determination of German citizenship
  • Consultation and representation in commercial and criminal law in cross-border business projects, especially preparation of contracts, comprehensive corporate legal service and representation in court
  • Regular lecturing activities: working group for migration law of the German Bar Association (DAV), various Chambers of Commerce and Industry, manager training of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), German – Russian Lawyers Association (DRJV) a.o.
  • Academic commentary of the regulations of economic migration in the German Act on Residence (AufenthG) for the publisher C.H. Beck and other publications in this area
