  • Advising employers and employees on all issues of labor migration for local employment and international assignments (corporate migration), including stays for the recognition of foreign professional qualifications and job searches
  • Advice to self-employed entrepreneurs, investors and freelancers on setting up in Germany, related business migration issues and corporate law arrangements
  • Advice on questions of educational migration: language course, school attendance, search for a place to study, preparation for studies, university studies, vocational training and further education as well as the subsequent search for a job and transition to gainful employment, if applicable
  • Representation in procedures for employment and educational migration and, if applicable, family reunification in coordination with the responsible German mission abroad, local foreigners authority, Federal Employment Agency (BA) and, if applicable, Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB), Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts and regional economic development agency
  • Advice and representation in citizenship law, such as naturalization (in particular retaining the previous citizenship) and determination of German citizenship
  • Business and criminal law advice and representation in cross-border projects, in particular contract drafting, corporate law support and representation in court
  • Regular lecturing (working group on migration law in the German Bar Association, various chambers of industry and commerce, manager training of the GIZ, German-Russian Lawyers’ Association, etc.), commentary on employment migration law norms of the Residence Act for the publishing house C.H. Beck and other publications in this field
